Q  How long does the planning process take?
The first meeting on site can be organized with one week's notice. Letters of engagement and instruction are corresponded immediately after this visit. Upon receipt of instruction to proceed, we like to commence plans within a month. Timing will vary according to the firm's commitments. Sketch plans can take a fortnight to prepare, and completion of plans take up to four weeks, so long as progress is smooth.
