Design Supervision

The overseeing of garden construction by our firm performs several functions.

1. Movements onto and off the site by different contractors needs to be coordinated to minimize clashes in tasks. We assist in the programming of works and you are kept informed as much as possible.

2. Contractors need to be kept informed of each other's progress. We remain in regular contact with the contractor until their work is complete, approved and settled.

3. Variations in either material choice or construction technique is characteristic of many projects. The ultimate success of the work will often depend on our response to these. We attend to variations promptly and will usually convey these to you for consideration and approval.

4. Constant checks on the progress of works are imperative for us to monitor timing; to ensure designs are being interpreted correctly; and to oversee the quality of work.

5. We act as mediators between parties if problems arise.
